Estimates are generally non chargeable at the company's discretion. Any chargeable estimate will be completely refunded when you place that work with PLUMBSAFE UK.
There are NO hidden extras and there is NO call out charge.
If no work is undertaken then there will be NO charge.
There is however a MINIMUM charge of one hour on most jobs which is £75.00 (+VAT), (Plus any parts or materials used)
In some instances verbal estimates are available over the telephone. On more complicated works, it is best for us to make an appointment to assess your requirements,
so it can be discussed in more detail.

Payment must be made in full by either cheque (with a valid cheque guarantee card which covers the amount to be paid) or cash to the engineer on upon receipt of invoice. You may also choose to pay via our online secure credit card payment system.

For larger contracts which may take several days or weeks, a set charge will be agreed as per our estimate to you
